The Reiki system, a gentle “laying-on” of hands technique, helps restore balance in our hearts and mind, promotes mental and spiritual well-being and supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

• Attunements and 21-day Cleansing Period

• How to perform Self-Reiki

• Exchanging a full Reiki treatment (table session) with another student
